  • At least 4-6 years related work experience.

  • Deep technical and hands-on knowledge of at least three core infrastructure products used by Equity Trust, such as Cisco Switches, MS Exchange, MS Active Directory, Altiris, Citrix, MS SharePoint, MS SQL / SSRS, MS Hyper-V, (MS System Center Operations Manager)
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
