Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and profitability of the restaurant by providing the highest level of hospitality and product quality.
- Able to manage a team of 15-25 team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Service Management / Food Management / Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 1 year experience as Assistant Manager in F&B industry.
- Passion for continuous learning and self development.
- Able to adapt changes and must be a fast learner.
- Loves the challenge of meeting and communicating with people.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese Dialects.
- Discipline and self motivator.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
