Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle in Brother to grow the channel of Distributions & Resellers in your area to ensure that we successfully manage those relationships with effective joint business plans.
- Identify, develop, propose and implement overall strategy for Distributions & Resellers channel development to achieve business objectives.
- Review, propose to Channel Head and discuss with Marketing to execute ongoing channel programs to meet changing marketing conditions and implement strategies for addressing competitive threats.
- Perform weekly, monthly forecasts and quarterly outlook timely & accurately. Capturing and consolidating sales information and conducting analysis on the information that leads to the development of specific actions and programs to keep sales growing in your own region.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year IT Retail Sales experience is preferable.
- Candidate must possess good IT dealers network and relationship.
- Presentable, team player and people orientated, aggresive and proactive.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills, persistence in customer follow up.
