Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customers at Reception in respect of their needs and requests
  • To promote the sale of parts and accessories in addition to servicing of vehicles at own Service Centre for CSI improvement, sales and profitability improvement
  • To project the Company’s image of prompt and effective customer handling
  • To adhere fully to the Workshop Process 2010
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in any related discipline
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply but those with 1-2 years’ of experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • Pleasant disposition with an outgoing personality
  • Energetic and confident when interacting with people of all levels
