Interior Designers - 3 positions

Location: Johore Bahru, Petaling Jaya & Kota Kinabalu

Responsibilities:

• Package up complete design solutions from initial space planning, conceptual sketches, rendered modeling to full designs
• Responsible for conceptualize ideas and designs as per customers' specifications
• To work with project / sales / design teams in identifying new ways of designing for continuous improvement
• Determine architectural preferences, purposes and functions of the market and budget

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent from a recognized institute of higher learning
• Minimum of 1 year working experience, preferably in doing proposals on tiles, sanitary wares etc (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)
• Must be familiar with AutoCad, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or 3D Max/Revit
• Proven design skills with work experience in residential / commercial / retail projects are an added advantage
• Good knowledge of design, detailing and procedures
