Branch Admin Support

COMPANY: Rentokil Initial
LOCATION: Melaka, Perak, Sabah, Selangor
CLOSING DATE:  14/5/2011


Responsibilities:
  • To assist the administration department to be effective, operating with an efficient standards while operating within the administration budget parameters.
  • To ensure the Company’s best practices are used
  • To ensure the internal controls of branch are adhered to and implemented.
  • To provide support services to the sales and service department
  • To ensure systematic filing and retrieval. Maintain daily filing and done with care and accuracy.
  • To Maintain a good working atmosphere & office environment
Requirements:
  • Possess SPM/STPM/ a Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience in administration and accounting work.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and a team player with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work with a team of admin staff.
  • IT knowledge and skills.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
